Summary

The Operations Professional is the heart of back-of-house operations in a Tiffany store, responsible for order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency. They work closely with client advisors, management, and corporate partners to support sales and deliver exceptional client experiences. The role requires a hands-on approach to shipping, receiving, repairs, and maintaining merchandise standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers.
• Clean and inspect jewelry, process repairs, and ensure proper care and handling of merchandise.
• Reconcile and supervise merchandise inventory using reports and systems; report discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
• Support client service by responding to phone and email inquiries and partnering with client advisors to generate sales opportunities.
• Implement operational procedures, optimize hospitality and store amenities, and act on NPS and client feedback.
• Champion operational efficiency and continuous improvement in daily store processes.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Organized, detail oriented, and flexible to perform varied day-to-day tasks.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: College or university degree.
