Summary

Provide outstanding client service and support store operations through order fulfillment, inventory management, and merchandise care while representing the brand with professionalism and attention to detail. Perform shipping, receiving, replenishment, cleaning, and jewelry repair intake tasks and partner with client advisors and management to enhance the client experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment tasks.
• Clean jewelry and merchandise and manage intake for jewelry repairs.
• Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory and report discrepancies.
• Support sales by collaborating with client advisors and generating service driven opportunities.
• Handle internal and external phone and email correspondence professionally.
• Apply product and care knowledge to improve client satisfaction.
• Implement hospitality and store amenities to enhance the in store experience.
• Champion operational efficiency and provide feedback on process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to connect with clients and act as a brand ambassador.
• Flexible to perform varied tasks based on daily business needs.
• Organized with strong inventory and order management skills.
• Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
• College or university degree desired.
