Operations Professional

As an Operations Professional at Tiffany in Denver, you will play a crucial role in delivering the Tiffany Experience to each customer by performing all back of house operations. You will provide excellent client service and support store leadership on key initiatives to drive sales goals, acting as a manager on duty when necessary.

• Perform all back of house operations in a Tiffany store.
• Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
• Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support company operations efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process changes.
• Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
• Carry out operations and sales support functions to achieve store sales plans.
• Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and acting on client feedback.

• 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to perform different tasks.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Desired: College/university degree and Gemological Institute of America coursework.
