Operations & Sales Support Advisor

Summary

The Operations and Sales Support Advisor supports efficient inventory management and daily operations at the Beverly Hills boutique. This short-term role helps ensure products are accurately handled and organized to contribute to an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle, organize, and document boutique inventory accurately.
• Support store operations in collaboration with the Store Manager, Operations Manager, and retail team.
• Help maintain an organized and responsive operational flow to support client needs.
• Use inventory systems and shipping platforms as needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail stock or a similar operations role; luxury retail experience is preferred.
• Comfort with basic IT tools, inventory systems, and Microsoft Excel; Cegid experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with online shipping platforms such as UPS or DHL.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, responsibility, and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks.
• Understanding of luxury product handling and care.
