Operations Shipping And Receiving Associate

Summary

Responsible for processing incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards, ensuring shipments are secure and documented, and supporting store operations through inventory and maintenance tasks. Works closely with management and team members to maintain efficient shipping receiving workflows and control shrinkage.

Responsibilities

• Verify shipments arrive secure and complete and report discrepancies to management
• Distribute goods to appropriate areas within the store
• Complete and document customer mail outs daily with proper paperwork
• Prepare outgoing freight to stores or distribution centers with correct documentation
• Control and replenish supplies as requested by the General Manager
• Perform maintenance duties as required by the General Manager
• Read and execute transfer shipping alteration and inventory documents
• Handle UPS and FedEx documents vendor packing slips and invoices accurately
• Support shrinkage control and report violations per company regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Detail oriented organized and reliable
• Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
