Summary

The Seasonal Operations Specialist supports store operational and inventory activities at the Bal Harbour location. You will manage incoming and outgoing shipments, replenish the sales floor, organize the stockroom, and collaborate with sales and operations teams to maintain company standards. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, stockroom organization, and efficient flow of merchandise to maximize sales potential.

Responsibilities

• Optimize inventory flow and accurately process shipments and transfers.
• Move merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Conduct cycle counts and regular audits to verify quantities and product condition; report discrepancies.
• Support security measures through inspections and preparing products for display.
• Maintain clean, labeled, and organized stockrooms with an optimized warehouse layout.
• Coordinate with the operations team and external couriers to ensure accurate shipping and timely delivery.
• Provide sales team updates on inventory availability to support selling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and store operations.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
