• Oversee merchandise movement from the stockroom to the sales floor and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Conduct cycle counts and regular audits to verify product quantities and conditions.
• Implement security measures through inspections and audits.
• Ensure ongoing inventory organization and establish an optimized warehouse layout.
• Maintain clean and organized stock rooms with proper labeling.
• Communicate effectively with the operations team and external couriers for accurate shipping procedures.
• Provide the sales team with inventory updates to support sales performance.

• 3+ years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
