Operations Specialist - Entertainment

Summary

The Specialist will support global talent relationships and serve as the main point of contact for celebrity fittings, editorial shoots, and product loans, partnering with regional retail and headquarters teams to identify and execute entertainment and influencer opportunities. The role is based in the Beverly Hills retail store and requires flexibility for late nights and weekends and coordination with East Coast schedules. The Specialist ensures proper handling and logistics of high value merchandise while developing strategic talent plans and maintaining external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for celebrity fittings and editorial shoots in Los Angeles
• Manage merchandise loans including coordination of availability, care, conveyance, and safeguarding
• Coordinate product requests and calendars with High Jewelry and other specialized teams
• Own media alert process and manage external agency alert distribution
• Drive recapping and reporting for entertainment and influencer activations
• Develop talent consideration research and strategic plans
• Collaborate with internal and external partners including talent management and stylists
• Manage communications with talent teams during events and fittings
• Assess and recommend dressing opportunities to the larger team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of operations experience minimum
• Experience managing high value merchandise loans and fittings
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work late hours and weekends and coordinate across time zones
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Discretion and strong problem solving abilities
• Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and other relevant programs
