Operations Specialist

Summary

The Operations Specialist supports store operations, customer service, point-of-sale activities, and order fulfillment at the Square One location. The role works across operations and logistics to deliver a strong client experience and meet store standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, resolve customer issues, and support relationship-based selling.
• Process transactions, manage cash handling, and ensure compliance with POS and loss-prevention policies.
• Support order picking, fulfillment, BOPIS, packaging, and logistics targets.
• Assist with training, inventory counts, markdowns, reticketing, and daily operational tasks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing service desk role.
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and apply policies and procedures.
• Retail experience in shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment, or inventory management is preferred.
