Operations Specialist

Summary

The Operations Specialist supports operational and inventory activities to ensure efficient store operations and adherence to stockroom standards. This role is responsible for processing shipments and transfers, replenishing the sales floor, organizing inventory, and performing cycle counts and audits. The Specialist works closely with the sales and operations teams and external couriers to maintain stock accuracy and product availability.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments and manage transfers accurately.
• Move merchandise from stockroom to sales floor and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Conduct cycle counts and regular audits to verify quantities and product condition.
• Organize and maintain stockroom layout, labeling, and cleanliness for accessibility.
• Implement and support security measures through inspections and inventory controls.
• Coordinate with external couriers to ensure accurate shipping procedures and timely delivery.
• Provide inventory availability updates to the sales team to support selling activity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, merchandising flow, and stockroom organization.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds and perform physical stockroom tasks.
