Operations Specialist

As an Operations Specialist at Louis Vuitton in Houston, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager and mentoring the team to achieve operational excellence. You will ensure the highest level of client experience through strong operational support and embody the brand's values in all interactions.

• Assist the Store Manager in leading and mentoring the team.
• Encourage the achievement of operational objectives.
• Support training on operational procedures and communication systems.
• Ensure high standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise.
• Lead all aspects of the client delivery process, including communication and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate the flow of repairs to achieve aftersales metrics.
• Manage inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle efficiently.
• Guide and train store teams on process and compliance directives.
• Assist with store facility maintenance and organization of back of house areas.
• Act as on-site technological support.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar operational role.
• Strong operational and commercial mindset.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in managing inventory and client delivery processes.
