Job Description

Summary

As an Operations Specialist at Louis Vuitton Orlando, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence and supporting the achievement of business objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards in client merchandise preparation and delivery, as well as managing inventory and store facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise and lead all aspects of the client delivery process.
  • Support training on all operational procedures and communication systems.
  • Manage inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle efficiently.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the store facility and organize all back of house areas.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to provide on-site technological support.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively train and guide store teams.
  • Proactive in identifying and addressing issues to ensure smooth operations.
