Full Time Operations Specialist supporting store operations, team development, inventory control, facility maintenance, and financial processes to ensure excellent client service and operational excellence in a luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager in team management, training, recruiting, and coaching.
- Ensure high standards in merchandise preparation, packaging, and client delivery management.
- Assist with store maintenance, vendor coordination, minor works, and permits management.
- Maintain organization of back-of-house areas and ensure technological devices function properly.
- Manage inventory organization, cycle counts, adjustments, and bin management.
- Oversee shipping and receiving lifecycle and collaborate with regional and corporate partners.
- Partner with Risk Management to reduce product loss and support asset protection efforts.
- Assist with ordering supplies, controlling budget, and enforcing cash and credit card procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in retail operations or similar store-based role.
- Ability to lead and coach teams and support training initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills for inventory management and back-of-house operations.
- Knowledge of store systems, permits, and facilities maintenance processes.
- Attention to detail for financial controls, reconciliations, and loss prevention.
- Effective communication and client service orientation.
- Capacity to collaborate with regional and corporate partners.
