Summary

The Operations Specialist supports store leadership in coaching the team and achieving operational objectives. This role provides strong operational support to help deliver an exceptional client experience while representing the Brand's values.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager and/or Operations Manager with leading and coaching the team.
• Support service excellence and client care.
• Oversee store facilities, systems, and inventory management.
• Support financial operations and compliance with policies and procedures.
