Summary

The Operations Specialist supports operational and inventory activities for the Miami Design District store, ensuring efficient stock flow and accurate product availability. This role manages shipments, replenishment, and stockroom organization while collaborating with sales and operations teams to maximize sales potential and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Optimize inventory flow and streamline operational processes for incoming and outgoing shipments and transfers.
• Oversee movement of merchandise from stockroom to sales floor and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Perform cycle counts and regular audits to verify quantities and report discrepancies promptly.
• Facilitate security measures through inspections and prepare products for display.
• Maintain organized, labeled stockrooms and establish efficient warehouse layouts for accessibility.
• Coordinate with external couriers and provide inventory updates to the sales team to support selling efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control procedures.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
