Summary

The Seasonal Operations Specialist supports store operational and inventory activities to ensure efficient merchandise flow and stockroom organization. This role manages incoming and outgoing shipments, replenishes the sales floor, conducts cycle counts and audits, and helps maintain security and product presentation standards. The specialist collaborates with the sales and operations teams to align inventory availability with sales potential.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and transfers accurately and optimize inventory flow and operational processes.
• Move merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Conduct cycle counts and regular audits to verify quantities and product condition; report discrepancies promptly.
• Implement security measures through inspections and prepare products for display.
• Organize and maintain stockroom layout, labeling, and cleanliness for accessibility by the sales team.
• Coordinate with the operations team and external couriers to ensure accurate shipping and timely delivery.
• Provide sales team updates on inventory availability to support selling efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control procedures.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
