Operations Store Associate

Summary

The Operations Store Associate supports the day-to-day operations of a retail store, with responsibilities across inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales floor support. The role is primarily non-selling, but may assist customers and support selling activities as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, merchandise, tags, transfers, and replenishment activities according to company guidelines.
• Conduct inventory scans, maintain stockroom organization, and support accurate inventory levels on the sales floor.
• Assist sales floor team members with stock checks, merchandise delivery, and customer service.
• Support transactions, store recovery, fitting room cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with team members and adapt to operational needs across front- and back-of-house functions.

Requirements

• Back-of-house experience or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed and maneuver throughout the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
