Job Description

Summary

As an Operations Supervisor at GV-VERSACE Boston Huntington, you will oversee the maintenance of inventory in both the stockroom and on the selling floor. You will support store sales productivity and customer service by ensuring accurate and timely processing of inventory transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure accurate representation of all sizes and styles.
  • Communicate product stock level and quality issues to management to avoid shrink.
  • Maintain a clean and organized stock room at all times.
  • Perform shipping/receiving tasks efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Stock store shelves and racks as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of the store’s physical inventory.
  • Support daily operations such as opening & closing the store, managing registers, and visual maintenance.
  • Support the sales team with tasks such as running sizes and assisting at the cash register.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, clients, and management.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
