• Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards, ensure compliance with company policies, and oversee health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in luxury retail or a luxury service and selling environment, with retail management experience appropriate to the role.
• Demonstrated service focus, leadership, commercial awareness, talent development, and commitment to excellence.
• Passion for fashion and luxury, with digital awareness and familiarity with social media and e-commerce.
• Local language and English proficiency, awareness of local employment and retail legislation, and flexibility to meet store needs.
