Summary

The Operations Supervisor manages back-of-house operations at the Las Vegas (Crystals) store, overseeing shipment processing, allocations, transfers, and inventory movement. The role leads the operational team and partners with store leadership to ensure inventory replenishment and operational efficiency aligned with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of back-of-house staff and support their development through coaching and feedback.
• Oversee processing of shipments, transfers, allocations, and merchandise distribution.
• Optimize inventory management and streamline operational processes to align with sales potential.
• Oversee movement of merchandise from BOH to sales floor and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Conduct cycle counts and audits to verify quantities and product condition, reporting discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized stock rooms with proper labeling and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Manage reservations and consignments and resolve related issues per company guidelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operational management experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital retail tools.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of operations and inventory control processes.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
