Operations Supervisor - Crystals

Summary

The Operations Supervisor manages back-of-house operations and merchandise logistics for the Las Vegas (Crystals) store. This role oversees shipment processing, transfers, cycle counts and inventory replenishment while partnering with store leadership to align stock with sales potential. The supervisor leads and develops the back-of-house team to ensure accurate, efficient operational processes and a safe, organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of back-of-house staff, supporting professional development and performance management.
• Oversee shipment processing, allocations, transfers and movement of merchandise from BOH to the sales floor.
• Optimize inventory management, streamline operational processes and maintain organized stock rooms with proper labeling.
• Conduct cycle counts and regular audits to verify quantities and product condition and report discrepancies timely.
• Manage reservations and consignments and resolve issues according to company guidelines.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operational management experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and other digital tools.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics and operational best practices.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork and problem-solving skills with coaching ability.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
