Job Description

Summary

As an Operations Supervisor at Delvaux in Costa Mesa, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless client journey by maintaining operational excellence and precision in inventory management. You will be an essential partner to store and regional leadership, fostering an inspiring and motivating team environment supported by an efficient operational flow.

Responsibilities
  • Motivate and empower teamwork to maintain collaboration in the store, between stores, and with business partners.
  • Uphold inventory management standards to ensure an organized and efficient work environment.
  • Prioritize stockroom safety to create a professional and compliant environment for employees and vendors.
  • Optimize stockroom and sales floor space to ensure merchandise accessibility and a seamless client experience.
  • Manage store logistics, including stock deliveries, transfers, and commercial activities.
  • Maintain store supplies order management to contribute to operating expenses.
  • Ensure timely delivery of client repairs and refurbishment to impact customer service positively.
  • Contribute to omni-channel initiatives to influence future client experience innovations.
  • Lead by example to enable a client-centric environment and serve as a role model for leadership.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in retail sales and operations.
  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills.
  • Strong organization, task-management, and logistics skills.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 20lb boxes.
