Operations Supervisor Ecommerce

Summary

The Operations Supervisor oversees distribution center activities, including inbound, outbound, returns, ecommerce, and spare parts. This role assigns labor and daily work to meet operational targets while guiding and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily work and analyze operational data, productivity, and quality to meet targets and drive improvements.
• Implement process quality controls and ensure consistent procedures and corrective actions.
• Enforce workplace safety policies and maintain incident reporting compliance.
• Train, coach, and develop team members, support engagement and retention, and conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities, lead root cause analysis, and facilitate shift meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous leadership experience and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Proficiency with SAP Extended Warehouse Management tools and working knowledge of SAP.
• Ability to manage operational projects and support process improvement using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma concepts.
• Professional written and verbal English communication, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to meet business needs.
