Job Description

Summary

As an Operations Supervisor at International Plaza, you will oversee the maintenance of inventory both in the stockroom and on the selling floor. Your role is crucial in supporting store sales productivity and customer service by ensuring accurate and timely processing of all inventory transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
  • Support store sales productivity and customer service through accurate inventory processing.
  • Ensure appropriate stock levels and accurate representation of sizes and styles.
  • Communicate stock level and quality issues to management to prevent shrink.
  • Maintain a clean and organized stock room.
  • Perform shipping/receiving tasks efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Stock store shelves and racks as needed.
  • Assist in store’s physical inventory preparation and resolve discrepancies.
  • Exhibit professionalism in communication and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years experience in a retail environment, stock experience preferred.
  • Full understanding of specialty retail.
  • Proficient in retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality with an entrepreneurial and sales focus.
