Operations Supervisor

Summary

The Operations Supervisor manages all back-of-house operational aspects of the store including shipment processing, allocations, inventory control and distribution while partnering with retail leaders to ensure replenishment aligns with sales potential and company standards. The role leads and develops a team, maintains organized stock rooms and enforces safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of back-of-house staff and support their professional development through coaching and feedback
• Oversee processing of shipments transfers and movement of merchandise from stockroom to sales floor
• Optimize inventory management and streamline operational processes
• Conduct cycle counts and regular audits to verify product quantities and conditions
• Partner with store leadership to align replenishments with sales potential
• Identify opportunities to improve back-of-house functions and operational efficiency
• Manage reservations and consignments and resolve related issues per guidelines
• Enforce company policies safety procedures and maintain an organized workspace

Requirements

• 3+ years of operational management experience preferably in luxury retail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office SAP and other digital tools
• Strong leadership teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Solid knowledge of operations and inventory control processes
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds
• Experience conducting cycle counts and inventory audits
