Job Description

Summary

As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels, organizing stockrooms, and ensuring products are properly stocked on the sales floor. You will partner closely with the Store Manager to ensure operational efficiencies and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and unload shipments, verifying accuracy against invoices.
  • Organize and store inventory in stockrooms, ensuring proper labeling and placement.
  • Replenish merchandise on the sales floor to maintain stock levels.
  • Assist in executing inventory counts and loss prevention measures.
  • Keep stockroom clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Work with sales associates and managers to fulfill stock requests.
  • Maintain awareness of product availability and restock needs.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Train, develop, and motivate team as a leader in the building to achieve ongoing learning.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance management or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in retail, luxury retail or service-oriented organization preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
