Operations Supervisor - NY Flagship

As an Operations Supervisor at Bottega Veneta's NY Flagship, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the warehouse and inventory, managing cashier activities, and ensuring efficient boutique operations.

• Guarantee a correctly-run warehouse by creating and implementing efficient goods storage systems.
• Monitor and supervise inventory and Stock Associates to prevent losses.
• Oversee payment procedures and manage Cashiers, assisting with problem-solving as needed.
• Handle administrative activities such as petty cash and bank deposits.
• Ensure boutique operations are efficient, managing non-merchandise supplies and coordinating maintenance.
• Coordinate with the Operations Office of HQ to manage and supervise all operations procedures.
• Monitor the process of After Sales, Before Sales, and product returns.
• Manage BV staff clothing allowance cases.
