Job Description

Summary

As an Operations Supervisor at Ralph Lauren in North Charleston, you will play a vital role in the Store Management team by executing strategic plans to ensure a profitable business. You will champion new selling tools and manage daily business objectives, tasks, and priorities for the sales associate team.

Responsibilities
  • Understand and deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources.
  • Support the store in executing company initiatives and participate in team training.
  • Engage clients creatively and broaden the client base.
  • Deliver a consistent experience aligned with RL Brand expectations.
  • Engage in store client initiatives and community outreach.
  • Support a collaborative environment with the customer at its core.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Management on successes and opportunities.
  • Strengthen customer connectivity with alternative paths to purchase.
  • Maintain exceptional productivity standards through store execution.
  • Uphold all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Motivated to drive business and achieve sales goals.
  • Proactively focus on the customer in all decisions.
  • Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
  • Utilize "More Ways to Shop" to drive business results.
  • Represent customer experience expectations in store.
  • Engage in networking to build a clientele.
  • Provide feedback to Management on category opportunities or needs.
  • Ensure sales floor and store standards are met at all times.
