Operations Supervisor

Summary

The Operations Supervisor manages store operations functions including shipping and receiving, stockroom, cash office, repairs, and related administrative tasks. This role supervises the shipping and receiving team to ensure merchandise is processed accurately and documentation is completed according to company standards. The Operations Supervisor supports inventory control, supply replenishment, and operational maintenance to maintain an elevated store environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure incoming merchandise is processed accurately, verifying shipments are secure and complete.
• Manage outgoing merchandise processing and prepare outgoing freight with proper documentation.
• Supervise the shipping and receiving department and report any discrepancies.
• Control and replenish operational supplies and perform maintenance duties as requested by management.
• Read and execute transfer, shipping, alteration, inventory count, UPS, and sales documentation.
• Enforce shrinkage control procedures and report violations per company regulations.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to maintain an elevated store image.
• Relevant retail operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills preferred: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook.
• Ability to maneuver on the sales floor and stock areas, lift up to 30 lbs, and climb a ladder as trained under health and safety guidelines.
