Operations Supervisor

Summary

Oversee shipping and receiving and support other store operations, including the stock room, cash office, repairs, and administrative duties. Help ensure merchandise is accurately processed and customers receive an exemplary experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shipping and receiving to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Verify shipment contents against documentation and report discrepancies.
• Ensure outgoing merchandise, customer mail-outs, and freight are properly prepared and documented.
• Control and replenish supplies, perform maintenance duties as needed, and follow shrinkage-control procedures.
• Read and execute transfer, shipping, alteration, inventory, and sales documents.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills preferred, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook.
• Ability to move throughout the store, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb a ladder as trained.
