Job Description

Summary

The Operations Supervisor oversees back-of-house and floor operations to ensure efficient merchandise flow from receipt to display, maintain stockroom organization, and support the sales team while upholding brand standards and delivering a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, inspect, price, tag, and process incoming shipments.
  • Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness and manage replenishment to the sales floor.
  • Execute reticketing, RFID tag creation and association, and price updates.
  • Support sales floor associates with stock checks and timely delivery of requested merchandise.
  • Lead operational training and provide coaching and feedback to the team.
  • Coordinate back-of-house and sales floor processes to meet productivity targets.
  • Plan and contribute to visual merchandising changes with the Merchandise Manager.
  • Lead projects to improve operational efficiency and manage ISOS reports and EAS device application.
  • Enforce company policies and support risk management and compliance efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, policies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office and general technology.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, maneuver the sales floor and stock areas, and work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
