Summary
Support store operations by receiving, inspecting, pricing, tagging, and replenishing merchandise while maintaining stockroom organization and ensuring products are displayed to brand standards. Lead operational initiatives, support sales floor associates, and help deliver a premium customer experience. Assist with training and development of team members and participate in talent acquisition and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unpack shipments, inspect items for damage, verify pricing, and tag merchandise
- Place merchandise on the sales floor or in the stock room and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Support sales floor associates with stock checks and deliver requested merchandise promptly
- Lead operational training and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Coordinate processes between back of house and sales floor to ensure efficiency
- Execute replenishment activities, price updates, and EAS device application
- Lead stockroom reorganization, reticketing, and RFID tag processes
- Collaborate on visual merchandising and execute seasonal changes to meet brand standards
- Support compliance with policies, risk management, and safety regulations
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations, policies, and best practices
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members
