Operations Supervisor

Summary

The Operations Supervisor coordinates merchandise flow and stockroom activities to support an efficient store and premium customer experience. This role leads operational processes and team development while maintaining company and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, processing, pricing, tagging, replenishment, and return of merchandise.
• Maintain stockroom organization and conduct stock checks to support the sales team and customers.
• Lead operational training, coach team members, and support talent development and acquisition.
• Improve operational processes and collaborate on seasonal visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Support compliance with company policies, risk management, and health and safety requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, lift or climb as needed, and build positive working relationships.
