Job Description

Summary

The Operations Supervisor at Richemont in Grand Prairie, TX is responsible for managing various distribution center activities, including Inbound, Outbound, Returns, Ecom, and Spare Parts. This role involves effectively utilizing labor resources to meet operational metrics and providing leadership and development to team members.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and assign daily work to meet operational demands and target objectives.
  • Analyze productivity and quality results to implement improvements or corrective actions.
  • Develop and supervise process quality control actions to ensure consistent execution of procedures.
  • Enforce workplace safety and maintain compliance with safety incident reporting processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to encourage team member development and engagement.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for facility operations.
  • Create and perform annual associate performance evaluations.
  • Coach and train staff to adhere to company policies.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SAP tools.
  • Ability to manage tasks and projects independently within the operation.
  • Fluent in professional English communication, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and a respectful workplace.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs change.
