Operations Supervisor

As an Operations Supervisor at Richemont in Grand Prairie, TX, you will oversee a variety of distribution center activities, employing labor resources to meet operational metrics and providing leadership and development to your team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the standard of warehouse and delivery excellence.

• Organize and assign daily work to meet operational demands and target objectives.
• Analyze productivity and quality results to make improvements or corrective actions.
• Develop and supervise process quality control actions and ensure consistent execution of procedures.
• Enforce workplace safety and ensure compliance with safety-related rules and policies.
• Provide training and guidance to encourage team member development and engagement.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for facility operations.
• Create and perform annual associate performance evaluations.
• Coach and train staff to adhere to company policies.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SAP tools.
• Ability to manage tasks/projects independently within the operation.
• Fluent in professional English communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and a respectful workplace.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, Monday – Friday, with hours varying from 2:00pm – 11:00 pm.
