Operations Support Associate - Fort Worth

As an Operations Support Associate in Fort Worth, you will play a crucial role in managing various operational functions such as receiving, transfers, deliveries, and processing store-directed online order requests. You will work onsite, reporting to the Sales Support Manager, to support sales and maximize profitability.

• Complete daily store operations and support tasks under the direction of leads and managers.
• Manage inbound and outbound merchandise.
• Maintain inventory control.
• Support online sales activity through accurate order fulfillment.
• Assist with merchandise price changes.
• Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in other work areas.

• Prior retail experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform basic math computations.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
• Ability to carry up to 35 pounds.
