Job Description

Summary

The Operations Support Associate supports day to day retail store operations including receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining stockroom organization, executing inventory activities, and assisting the sales floor as needed. This role is primarily non-selling but may assist customers and perform sales transactions when required. The position may be offered full-time or part-time depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming freight and complete markups, markdowns and tagging per company guidelines
  • Inspect deliveries for damage and verify proper packaging and sensor placement
  • Execute daily RFID inventory scans and manage replenishment activities
  • Handle ship to home orders and store to store transfers
  • Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory levels
  • Support Brand Ambassadors with stock checks and merchandise delivery
  • Greet and assist customers and process sales transactions when on the sales floor
  • Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in training initiatives

Requirements

  • Back of house or similar retail experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
  • Capable of maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom and lifting up to 30 lbs
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and occasional overnight shifts or travel
  • Ability to follow company operational and presentation guidelines
