Operations Support Associate

Summary

The Operations Support Associate supports daily store operations, including receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining inventory, and assisting the sales floor. This primarily non-selling role may also involve customer service and sales activities as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, freight, tags, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and ship-to-home orders.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Assist customers, process transactions, and maintain clean, welcoming sales and fitting room areas.
• Support visual merchandising, store presentation standards, and team operations across front and back of house.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and team members.
• Meet physical requirements, including lifting or climbing as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
