Operations Support Associate

Summary

The Operations Support Associate helps ensure smooth day-to-day retail store operations. This primarily non-selling role supports inventory processing, stockroom organization, sales floor replenishment, customer service, and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, merchandise, tags, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Assist customers, process transactions, and help keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean and welcoming.
• Support visual merchandising, store standards, training, and front- and back-of-house operations.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to lift or climb up to 30 pounds and maneuver throughout the store and stock areas.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
