Operations Support Associate

Summary

The Operations Support Associate helps maintain efficient day-to-day store operations across the stockroom and sales floor. This primarily non-selling role supports inventory accuracy, merchandise processing, customer service, and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Process freight, merchandise, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and ship-to-home orders according to company guidelines.
• Maintain organized inventory in the stockroom and on the sales floor, and support sales associates with stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain clean, welcoming sales floors and fitting rooms.
• Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members and support front- and back-of-house operations.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed and maneuver throughout the store and stockroom.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend schedules; overnight shifts or travel may be required.
