Operations Support Associate

Summary

Support day-to-day retail operations by receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining stockroom organization, executing inventory tasks, and assisting the sales floor to ensure store standards and customer experience are met. Role is non-selling primarily but may support sales as needed and can be offered full-time or part-time based on needs.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and deliveries following company guidelines including markups, markdowns, and tagging
• Inspect shipments for damage and ensure correct sensor and tag placement
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans and complete replenishment activities
• Manage ship to home orders and store transfers
• Perform reticketing, tagging, and stock room resets
• Support sales floor with stock checks, merchandise delivery, and customer assistance
• Process sales transactions and handle returns and discounts per policy
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Keep stockroom and sales floor clean and organized

Requirements

• Back of house or similar retail experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and maneuvering in store environments
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and occasional overnight or travel
• Ability to follow company processes for inventory and tagging
• Strong teamwork and positive customer service orientation
