Optical Retail Sales Associate

Summary

The Retail Sales Associate provides exceptional service and personalized product recommendations to eyewear clients. The role builds lasting customer relationships while working toward sales targets and maintaining strong product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable customer service and build client relationships in-store and through follow-up communication.
• Explain product features, warranties, and optical add-ons, and stay current on trends and styles.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs, maintain an organized store, and support omnichannel service.
• Follow brand policies and procedures and participate in required training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• POS experience and luxury sales or eyewear experience are preferred.
