Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and personalized eyewear recommendations while achieving sales targets in a luxury retail environment. Maintain in-depth product knowledge and support omnichannel customer experiences. Assist with minor adjustments and ensure the store is organized and visually appealing.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and personalized product recommendations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with follow-up communication
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Support omnichannel customer service for online and in-store platforms
- Perform minor adjustments and repairs to eyewear
- Maintain clean organized and visually appealing sales floor and back of house areas
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge trends and attend training sessions
- Adhere to brand policies procedures and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail sales experience preferably in eyewear or luxury retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Punctual reliable and a collaborative team player
