Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and personalized eyewear recommendations while achieving sales targets in a luxury retail environment. Maintain in-depth product knowledge and support omnichannel customer experiences. Assist with minor adjustments and ensure the store is organized and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and personalized product recommendations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with follow-up communication
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
• Support omnichannel customer service for online and in-store platforms
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs to eyewear
• Maintain clean organized and visually appealing sales floor and back of house areas
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge trends and attend training sessions
• Adhere to brand policies procedures and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferably in eyewear or luxury retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Punctual reliable and a collaborative team player
