Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise in luxury eyewear, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets while supporting omnichannel customer experiences. Role requires product knowledge, merchandising, minor adjustments and adherence to brand standards in a fast paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized frame recommendations
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross selling
- Maintain product and industry knowledge and attend training sessions
- Support omnichannel services to ensure seamless online and in store experiences
- Perform minor adjustments and repairs to eyewear
- Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing sales floor and back of house
- Build and maintain client relationships including follow up communication
- Adhere to brand policies and store procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi task
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Punctuality, reliability and team player attitude
- Experience with POS systems preferred
