Summary

The Optical Sales & Corporate Gifting Portfolio Specialist is a temporary role supporting the North American Commercial Optical Sales team from Bridgewater, NJ. The specialist will manage customer account setup, order processing, portfolio monitoring, and daily order release activities to ensure timely fulfillment and alignment with business needs. This role requires close partnership with cross-functional teams to resolve order blocks, allocation issues, and shipment delays.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer accounts in internal systems and process orders and credits accurately and timely.
• Monitor open order and backorder portfolios, investigate discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate fulfillment risks.
• Prepare and distribute weekly NCA order forms and coordinate order uploads with the Commercial Strategy team.
• Manage daily order releases, review daily reporting, escalate issues impacting order flow, and partner with stakeholders to resolve order-related problems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in order portfolio management or order-to-cash operations.
• Working knowledge of SAP and BI tools and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash flows, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and capability to prioritize work and perform under pressure.
