Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Technology, or related field.
- Certification in Organizational Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in organizational change management within technology-focused environments.
- Experience with Program Management Office on large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile or other project management frameworks is beneficial.
