Job Description

Summary

As an Organizational Change Management Lead at Nordstrom, you will play a pivotal role in driving change management best practices across the Platform and Data's portfolio of programs within the Technology organization. You will collaborate with program managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes, minimizing resistance and maximizing employee engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Implement a comprehensive change management framework tailored to specific technology initiatives.
  • Assess the impact of program changes on employees and business units, defining key milestones.
  • Design and implement change management plans addressing communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Create targeted communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with learning and development teams to design and execute training programs.
  • Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Identify and address resistance to change, fostering a culture of transformation.
  • Define and track KPIs to assess the success of change initiatives.
  • Work closely with program management to integrate change strategies into program delivery.
  • Develop change champions and coach leaders to support their teams through change.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Technology, or related field.
  • Certification in Organizational Change Management preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in organizational change management within technology-focused environments.
  • Experience with large-scale transformation initiatives and program management.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent preferred.
