- Collaborate with learning and development teams to design and execute training programs.
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth transitions.
- Identify and address resistance to change, fostering a culture of transformation.
- Define and track KPIs to assess the success of change initiatives.
- Work closely with program management to integrate change strategies into program delivery.
- Develop change champions and coach leaders to support their teams through change.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Technology, or related field.
- Certification in Organizational Change Management preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in organizational change management within technology-focused environments.
- Experience with large-scale transformation initiatives and program management.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent preferred.
