Partner with the Outlet Leader to drive operational excellence and foster a service-driven team culture in an outlet home furnishings environment. Lead daily store operations, ensure merchandising and visual standards, and create exceptional customer experiences while supporting business performance and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Coach, lead, and develop the outlet team in partnership with the Outlet Leader
- Review and analyze business performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales operations and customer service initiatives
- Maintain merchandising standards that reflect brand and outlet vision
- Ensure visual presentation supports safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Model adaptability and guide the team through change with a solutions-focused approach
- Represent the brand through professional communication and personal presentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
- Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Analytical and strategic thinker with strong decision-making skills
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
- Adaptable and resilient with a solutions-focused approach to change
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across operational hours
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
