• 3+ years of leadership experience in the retail industry, preferably in home furnishings.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with current technology, including iPads, Mac, and PC.
