Outlet Facilities Associate

Summary

The Outlet Facilities Associate supports maintenance and housekeeping initiatives to ensure the outlet meets facility standards. The role maintains the functionality, safety, and appearance of the building, grounds, equipment, and operational assets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas, grounds, systems, and storage structures.
• Manage preventive maintenance for equipment and operational assets, including doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders.
• Prioritize and schedule preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to minimize operational disruptions.
• Uphold OSHA and HAZMAT standards and requirements.
